with flexible muscles & pliable joints. Yoga encourages kids to explore their natural flexibility and to
become stronger through functional movement using their own body weight. This fun class combines yoga and play,
using mindful movement, breathwork, games, animal poses, visualization & relaxation techniques.
Your child will express creativity & imagination, improve concentration & focus, learn to relax, and
build self-esteem in a nurturing, non-competitive environment. Yoga for Kids is a great cross-training
activity for dancers & gymnasts, as well as a fun & effective stand-alone activity.
